PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a frozen noodles that can be easily frozen and readily thawed with usual implements in a usual manner. SOLUTION: This frozen noodle 1 is formed roughly in a cylindrical shape, and not conventionally tabular. Further, a hole 11 is bored at the center axis in common. Accordingly, the frozen noodle can be readily placed in the pot and can be readily heated with hot water from the inside of the hole 11 whereby the frozen noodle can be efficiently restored in a shortened time. Due to the same reasons, the noodle can be efficiently frozen in a shortened time, when it is produced. |
