PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly form the habit of folding at a fixing/bundling part and to improve durability by fixing/bundling plural elastic wires away from a loop in a pipe-shaped member while inserting them into the pipe-shaped member without fixing them closer to the loop. SOLUTION: When capturing a polyp or the like in the loop formed from elastic wires 1, the elastic wires 1 are axially moved back and forth by moving a manipulating wire 6 back and forth and when tying the captured polyp, the rear half part of the elastic wire 1 is pulled into the top end of a sheath 7 in the state of holding the polyp in the loop by pulling the manipulating wire 6. In the case of such operation, the top end part of the elastic wire 1 is bent at a mouthpiece section A of a top end bundle pipe 2 with a small curvature radius and bent back. At the mouthpiece section A, however, the elastic wire 1 is not fixed to the top end bundle pipe 2 and at an unfixed part C, the elastic wire 1 can freely move in the top end bundle pipe. |
