PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multi-modulation frame in which at least two time intervals are included, and each time interval is defined by mutually different modulation by constituting the last symbol of arrangement with a first time interval so as to be matched with a symbol from second modulation related with a phase and amplitude. SOLUTION: An oscillator includes a means for turning the phase of the last symbol generated by a GFSK modulator in a first time interval 1 into the first phase value of aπ/4 DQPSK modulator 26 for the first symbol in a second time interval 2 having the modulation of theπ/4 DQPSK modulator 26. A fame obtained by using this oscillator includes the first time interval 1 and the second time interval 2 following it, and the first and second time intervals 1 and 2 are respectively defined by GFSK modulation andπ/4 DQPSK modulation. Also, the phase of the last arrangement symbol from the first time interval 1 having the GFSK modulation is matched with the phase of the arrangement symbol of theπ/4 DQPSK modulation.
