<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous control caused by threshold value voltage variation when control is performed using data stored in a flash memory. SOLUTION: Threshold value voltage (Vth) of each bit of a flash memory is detected, and when any of threshold value voltage (Vth) is smaller than 1.0 V or it is in a voltage range between 3.0 V and 6.5 V, that is, when any of threshold value voltage (Vth) is deviated from an appropriate voltage range set for writing and erasing data, control using data stored in a flash memory is prohibited.</p> |
