PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject apparatus capable of inexpensively providing feed having high digestibility, producing products excellent in meat quality and milk quality and remarkably reducing cost by mass production by providing a housing body for housing a raw material, a stirring means and a boiling and aging means. SOLUTION: This apparatus 10 is equipped with a housing body 12 for housing a raw material, a stirring means 14 for stirring the raw material in the housing body 12 and a boiling and aging means 16 for supplying a fluid to the housing body 12 and boiling and aging the raw material therein. The housing body 12 is equipped with a charging part 20 of raw material and a discharge part 22 for discharging the boiled and aged raw material and may be a horizontally long drum body 18 placed on a frame 24. The horizontally long drum body 18 is successively enlarged from both end side toward the center part and may be formed in barrel like shape. The boiling and aging means 16 may contain a steam jetting pipe 84 made to communicate with the horizontally long drum body 18. |
