PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of oil even when a hydraulic power unit is swung by the earthquake or the like, by installing a wave breaking member comprising a narrow mouth for inhibiting the wave motion when the hydraulic oil is undulated, on an upper part of the oil face of the hydraulic oil in a tank. SOLUTION: The hydraulic oil 2 is stored in an oil tank 1. The other component equipments are a power unit 3, a control panel 4, a cover for covering an upper face of the oil tank, and a wire-gauze 6. The wire gauze 6 is mounted separately a little, so that it covers an upper face of the hydraulic oil 2. When the earthquake occurs, and the oil tank 1 is swung, the hydraulic oil 2 is undulated, but the wave motion is inhibited by being brought into contact with the wire-gauze 6. Whereby the leakage of the oil to an external part from a space between the cover 5 and an upper edge 7 over the wire-gauze can be prevented. Whereby the contamination of a floor surface, and the impossibility of the driving can be prevented. |
