The main coupling (3) connects a motor crank shaft (8) with a gear input shaft (9). A mass part (11) rotates with the gear input shaft. A subsidiary coupling (13) is coupled with the mass part and can be coupled with the input shaft. Several elastic parts (12) are positioned peripherally, each of which has a rubber element and a radially inner element placed against an inner peripheral surface of the rubber element. A radially outer element is positioned on an outer peripheral surface of the rubber element. A flywheel arrangement consists of a fly wheel (2a) coupled to the motor's crank shaft. A coupling disc arrangement (5) is coupled with the gear input shaft.
