<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head cover for a golf club which is made up of two parts and can be smoothly opened through a simple procedure so that a golf club is protected against marring to be caused by the mutual contact between the heads and the shafts of the clubs in a golf club bag, and helps introduce the golf club into the bag conveniently. SOLUTION: The head cover 101 for a golf club is equipped with a head cover 101 for protecting the head of the golf club, a first shaft protecting part 108 with a first storage passageway 105 for the protective coverage of a shaft, connected to the head cover 101, a support 111 for supporting the first shaft protecting part 108, halves of which are opened to both sides so that the first shaft protecting part 108 is fixed and at the same time, the shaft is introduced way inside, a head cover opening means for opening the halves 102, 103 of the head cover vertically so that both head and shaft are encased into and stored in the support 111 and the head cover 101 or are taken out of the support 111 and the head cover 101 and used, and a head cover locking means for keeping the head cover 101 closed.</p> |
