<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce respective expanded sheet sizes of outer and inner boxes for allowing improvement in productivity, by providing each of a bottomed box part and a handle separately on each of the outer box and the inner box. SOLUTION: A house-shaped box container with a handle comprises an outer box 20 exhibiting a bottomed box shape with a bottom part of an inner box 40 fitted therein. The box container comprises an eaves-shaped engaging part 48A provided on the inner box 40 which is engaged with a part 33 for preventing eaves from drawing provided on the outer box 20 in an opposite direction for fitting the inner box 40, while handles 49, 49 are provided on a top part positioned outside the outer box 20 of the inner box 40. Thus, a height of each expanded sheet of the outer box 20 and the inner box 40 can be reduced, while the number of the outer boxes 20 or inner boxes 40 to be processed within a unit belt length range in a carrying belt lengthwise direction at the time of assembling each of the outer box 20 and the inner box 40 by an assembling machine, thereby improving production speed of the box-container 10. Further, each of expanded sheet sizes of the outer box 20 and the inner box 40 can be reduced.</p> |
