DOCKING AND FLOATING OF MENU/TOOL BAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to access a database through the Internet or an intranet by selectively docking and floating the menu/tool bar of a window displayed on a monitor connected to a computer. SOLUTION: The menu/tool bar of the window displayed on the monitor 434 connected to a developing computer 400 is selectively docked or floated. When a floating mode is selected, the menu/tool bar automatically separates from the window and floats. When a docking mode is selected, the menu/tool bar is automatically docked adjacently to the window. When the window is selected as an 'active' window in the floating mode, the menu/tool bar is activated. Once the menu/tool bar is activated, this comes to the 'foreground' together with the activated window.
