PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for A/D conversion without necessitating any complicate programming when plural A/D input terminals are provided. SOLUTION: When conversion request bits corresponding to A/D input terminals 71 -7n for operating A/D conversion are set in a conversion request control register 4, a scan and select control part 5 transmits an instruction for selecting only the A/D input terminals, which the conversion request bits are set to an inputting circuit 6. Then, when temporarily interrupting the converting operation, and operating A/D conversion, bits for masking the conversion request bits are set in a mask control register 3. |
