<p>A process and apparatus for manufacturing integrally and readily resin moldings having a portion where holes of small diameters are arranged in a mesh like pattern and having no planar burrs. A process for press-molding molten resin by supplying the molten resin into a cavity between a pair of a fixed mold (11) and a movable mold (13) and closing the cavity by the movable mold, comprising interposing a plurality of small diameter columnar members (22) arranged at regular intervals between a core member (24) formed in part of the fixed mold protrusibly toward the movable mold, supplying molten resin into the cavity (19) formed between the fixed mold and the movable mold, closing the cavity by the movable mold, and press molding the molten resin while moving back the core member by the pressure thereby to produce a resin molding having a portion where holes of small diameters are arranged in a mesh.</p> |
