<p>There is disclosed a method for synthesizing polyolefins having a silyl group at one terminus, the method comprising reacting an a-olefin (C≤ 3 ≤ 10) and a tetrasubstituted silyl radical in the presence of a metallocene catalyst and a co-catalyst. Examples of silane compounds: phenylsilane, diphenylsilane, phenylmethylsilane, pentamethyldisiloxane, methylsilane, diethylsilane and dimethylsilane.</p> |
