PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an internal impedance while suppressing power consumption. SOLUTION: This switch circuit has 1st diodes D1 and D2 to control conduction/non-conduction by controlling a bias current and is constituted so as to open/close an input signal by conduction in case of input signal at a low voltage or by non-conduction in case of input signal at a high voltage. In this case, the switch circuit is equipped with 2nd diodes D1' and D2' provided on a route for bypassing the bias current and differential amplifier circuits Q1, Q1', Q2, Q2' and I for controlling the currents of 2nd diodes D1' and D2'. Thus, the internal impedance can be reduced while suppressing power consumption. |
