The apparatus includes a magnetic field generating electric circuit with one or more electric conductors with insulation systems. The system comprises electric insulation (4) formed by a solid insulation material. Exteriorly of the insulation is an outer layer (5). This layer has an electrical conductivity higher than the insulation making the outer layer capable by connecting with earth or low potential of operating to equalise potential and subsequently enclose the electric field arising as a consequence of the conductor (2) inwardly of the outer layer. |
