PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically reproduce various information according to a procedure without requiring a control file such as a command file by reading files out of a storage medium in the order of reproduction numbers and reproducing them on the basis of reproduction information. SOLUTION: In the file names of respective files of image data, sound data, character data, etc., reproduction information representing reproduction procedures of reproduction order, switching time, etc., is registered, and the respective files are stored on a storage medium 10 such as an IC memory card in order. When this storage medium 10 is loaded in a medium I/O 8, a readout control part 12 reads the file names out of the storage medium 10, stores the reproduction information in a memory 17a of a reproduction control part 17, and also stores the reproduction number in the reproduction information in a memory 12a. Then the files stored on the storage medium 10 are read out in the order of the reproduction numbers and reproduced on the basis of the reproduction information. Therefore, automatic reproduction can be performed according to the reproduction information of the reproduction order, switching time, etc., registered previously in the file names. |
