PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating film excellent in antifouling effect and discoloration resistance by using pyridine-triphenylborance, a coumarone resin, copper rhodanide, an inorganic dehydrating agent and zinc pyrithione as the constituents. SOLUTION: This composition contains 1-20 wt.% pyridine-triphenylborane represented by formula I, 0.1-10 wt.% liquid or solid coumarone resin represented by formula II, 0.5-30 wt.% copper rhodanide, 0.5-10 wt.% inorganic dehydrating agent comprising gypsum anhydride and/or a synthetic zeolite based adsorbent, and 0-10 wt.% zinc pyrithione (zinc 2-pyrimidinethio-1-oxide). This composition is blended in addition with 5-20 wt.% base resin comprising, e.g. a vinyl resin and/or a resin, 2-15 wt.% water-soluble resin comprising, e.g. rosin, and a plasticizer, an anti-sagging agent, an anti-settling agent, a pigment, a solvent, etc. The thickness of an antifouling coating film formed from this composition on the surface of an underwater structure, etc., is about 30-150μm/time.
