<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To filter atmospheric contaminants, e.g. dioxin, by discharging water in kiln-shape through a suction pipe, storing the water temporarily in a drain tank through a drain pipe, discharging the water while filtering through a secondary drain tank and stirring smoke in kiln-shape by the weight of the water. SOLUTION: Refractory bricks are applied circularly in a double structure of iron and an ash discharger is provided from a grate of a throw-in port 2. Furthermore, inner and outer chimneys 5, 6 are provided and a drift is provided by a cap 7. A kiln shape (shower type) is provided in B by a suction pipe A and a heavy oil secondary igniter 8 is provided. Shower water is temporarily discharged from B to a drain pipe C and filtered through a secondary drain tank F. Consequently, it can be filtered through a kiln-like cooled secondary drain tank F of B from the outer chimney 6. It is compared with primary, secondary and tertiary ignitions and discharged while filtering detrimental objects, e.g. dioxin.</p> |
