The proposed device for securing a vehicle seat non-permanently to the vehicle floor comprises the following: a rear fixing hook open in the direction of travel into which a securing bolt near the vehicle floor can engage; a front guide frame for supporting the vehicle seat on the front securing bolt; and a rotating claw-type locking lever under spring force which locks the front securing bolt in the guide frame. A claw-type primary locking element under spring force against the locking position is allocated to the rear securing bolt. The primary locking element can be locked in place once it reaches the locking position by a secondary locking element. The proposed device is characterised in that the front primary locking element (3a) and rear secondary locking element (4) are connected by a coupling element, preferably a coupling rod.
