PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the decentralized network system which can manages user ID information without having a central unit. SOLUTION: The decentralized network system is equipped with main servers 1 which are provided in respective areas and connected by a communication line, subordinate servers 2 which are connected to the respective main servers 1, and communication terminals 3 which are connected to the subordinate servers 2. Area codes are assigned to the respective areas. Communication data include a user ID as destination information showing the destination that the communication data should be sent, and the user ID includes the area code assigned to the area that the destination user belongs to and a user section code showing access right. Each main server 1 manages user ID information and transfers communication data. |
