<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a judgment apparatus by which whether a human being exists or not is detected, by which whether a walker is moving or stands still is detected and by which information is acquired automatically by a method wherein a mat switch which comprises a plurality of switch parts and which is turned on and off when it is trodden by a moving body is provided and its ON-OFF state is output and processed. SOLUTION: A mat switch is divided into respective switch parts SW1 to SWm so as to be formed in rectangular shapes, and a plurality of foot switches are laid in a detecting region. Outputs of the switch parts SW1 to SWm are passed through sensors S1 to Sm at a state judgment part so as to be connected to an AND circuit 6 and an OR circuit 7. The output of a retriggering pulse generator 8 which is triggered by the output of the OR circuit 7 is supplied to the AND circuit 6 and to an AND circuit 9 via an inverter 4'. Then, the output of the AND circuit 6 is connected to a nonexistence-state output circuit 10, the output of the AND circuit 9 is connected to a stop-state output circuit 11, and the output of the retriggering pulse generator 8 is connected to a movement-state output circuit 12. Thereby, the existence state, the stop state or the movement state of a walker is judged.</p> |
