<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation of worn resin powder by flexibly jointing many unit members to one another at the prescribed angle, and forming each adjacent unit member out of different synthetic resin. SOLUTION: A cable chain 1 is formed to be a long-sized type, using many unit members 3 and 3' flexibly jointed to each other at the prescribed angle. In this case, one unit member 3 is formed out of polyamide resin, or polyamide resin containing reinforcing fiber such as glass fiber, and the other unit member 3' is formed out of polyethylene fluoride resin or polyamide resin containing reinforcing fiber such as polypropylene resin. Then, the unit members 3 and 3' are combined with and jointed to each other, so that each has different synthetic resin. Thereafter, a cover member 25 is integrally formed out of synthetic resin in such a state as non-fused for the synthetic resin of the unit members 3 and 3'. In this case, polyester resin and olefin resin are suitable for the cover member 25 of the unit members 3 and 3' of polyamide resin. According to this construction, worn resin powder due to a flexed guide can be reduced.</p> |
