摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece pitch variable device for varying pitch of a workpiece to be processed by a parallel robot. SOLUTION: In this parallel robot 1 for processing the workpiece W by a plurality of pairs of parallel links 14, 15 and 16 having each lower end connected to a connecting part 3, this workpiece pitch variable device 4 for varying pitch of the workpiece W to be processed is constructed. In this case, the workpiece variable device 4 includes a rotatable rotary shaft 40 extending in the vertical direction, a lever arm 41 connected to a lower end of the rotary shaft 40 and extending in the horizontal direction, a plurality of suction pads 50, 51, 60, 61, 70, 71, 80 and 81 provided to be movable in a direction in a horizontal plane on a lower side of the lever arm 41 to suck and hold the workpiece W, and a plurality of connecting bars 47A, 48A, 47B and 48B to connect between each suction pad and the lever arm 41.
