PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen a turning angle by providing a pair of asymmetric locking members which are arranged on a convex face in a turning member parallelly to a guide oblong hole and brought into contact with a member to be locked when the turning member is turned by a predetermined angle in the horizontal direction. SOLUTION: If a turntable 3 is tilted upward and turned in the left/right direction, for example, locking members (a locking part 6a and a part of a locking part 6b) are brought into contact with a wall 16a to be locked in a member 16 to be locked when the turntable 3 is turned in the left (arrow L) direction by 90 deg., for example, from a front facing condition, and as a result, further turning is restricted. When the turntable 3 is turned in the right (arrow R) direction by 90 deg., for example, the locking members 6 (a part of the locking part, 6a and the locking part 6b) are brought into contact with a wall 13b to be locked, and further turning is restricted. |
