发明名称 METHOD MEASURING GEOMETRY OF TECHNOLOGICAL CHANNELS AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION
摘要 FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: increments of zenith angle of inclination of axis of technological channel in reference points are measured over channel height with the use of zenith angle pickup of inclinometer. Increments of azimuth angle between two mutually coupled inclinometers are measured with further calculation of increments of coordinates of axis of technological channel on basis of measured increments of angles that are carried out by stages. During each measurement stage there are chosen three reference points located on length of two mutually coupled inclinometers at specified distance one from another which does not exceed length of body of each inclinometer, two of mentioned reference points being located on length of body of one inclinometer. Then smallest of two adjacent angles formed between axial lines of two mutually coupled inclinometers that is assumed to be increment of zenith angle is determined. Device for implementation of method includes two inclinometers 3 and 4 mutually coupled by means of drive 7, measurement unit 6, displacement pickups 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, distance meters 13, 14, 19, azimuth pickup 5, zenith angle pickup 8 in the form of rigid bar.
