PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such a fact that a sense of incompatibility is given to a driver by a variation in driving force at the time of being selected to an ordinary using shift controlling map from a driving force controlling map at the time of controlling the shift speeds of an automatic transmission after selecting these two controlling maps. SOLUTION: This device is a driving force controller performing a driving force controlling process for preventing any wheel spin from occurring, and when a driving force controlling state signal SS manifesting the completion of this driving force controlling process has come to '1', it judges whether it is less than the setting value KTH, where any down-shift is not generated when a throttle opening detected value TH is changed to an ordinary using shift control map from a driving force controlling shift control map, or not (Step S28). When it is TH>KTH, it is so judged that there is a fear of the down-shift occurring, therefore a selective state of the driving force controlling shift control map is continued (Step S23), preventing any driving force variation from occurring, and when it is TH<=KTH, it is so judged that there is a state of being no down-shift occurring, changing it to the ordinary using shift control map (Step S30). |
