When it is TH>KTH, it is so judged that there is a fear of the down-shift occurring, therefore a selective state of the driving force controlling shift control map is continued (Step S23), preventing any driving force variation from occurring, and when it is TH<=KTH, it is so judged that there is a state of being no down-shift occurring, changing it to the ordinary using shift control map (Step S30).
