A stable, effcacious therapeutic cream wherein principal therapeutic compounds are one or more C-20 to C-28 long chain aliphatic alcohols, of which n-docosanol is exeplary, comprising sucrose cocoate, sucrose stearates or sucrose distearate, or mixtures thereof, is disclosed. |
