<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce the size of the device so as to allow the housing of the device under the sink and to surely decompose crude refuse after pulverizing and dehydration. SOLUTION: The crude refuse housing box 4 of the crude refuse pulverization treating device housing the crude refuse charged into the drain port of the sink of a kitchen and pulverized and dehydrated into the crude refuse housing box 4 has a heating section in the lower part and internally has a storage container 42 which stores and agitates the crude refuse after the pulverizing and dehydrating and is added with decomposition microorganisms for decomposing the crude refuse. One end 47a of a conduit 47 is connected to the upper part of the device and the other end of the conduit is branched 47b and one pipe end is extended to a sewer side. A deodorant 48 is connected to the other pipe end 47d. A fan 49 for blasting air to the side opposite to the crude refuse housing box 4 is disposed between the crude refuse housing box 4 of the conduit 47 and the branch 47b part.
