SOLUTION: In a high temperature operation type fuel cell power generating system having a pressurizing type fuel cell module 1 having a control valve for controlling differential pressure and pressure in a fuel exhaust gas line 5 and an oxidizing agent exhaust line 13, the control method of the pressurizing type solid electrolyte fuel cell module, in order to increase/decrease the pressure of a fuel cell module 1 from the normal pressure to the operating pressure at the same time as increase/decrease in temperature from the normal temperature to the operating temperature of the fuel cell module 1, a fuel flow rate Q1 supplied to the fuel cell module 1 and a dilute gas flow rate Q2 and an oxidizing agent (air) flow rate QS are controlled. Thereby, the opening degree of control valves 8, 15 is made constant over the all operating mode of the fuel cell module 1, and the differential control and pressure control of the fuel cell module 1 are made easy.
