PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain crushed sand having particle size distribution prescribed by JIS. SOLUTION: The raw material 3 delivered from a hopper 1 is crushed by a cone crusher 6 and the crushed product is screened by a two-stage screen 7 to be classified into particles 3b exceeding a set particle size range, particles 3c with the set particle size range and particles 3d below the set particle size range and the particles exceeding the set particle size range are returned to the hopper. The particles within the set particle size range are distributed to the hopper and the particles below the set particle size range by a distribution means 9. |
