SOLUTION: Laser beam M is emitted from a laser beam emission section 1 to a sand layer 22 across a shielding mask 4 in the state of covering a substance to be solidified (sand layer 22) with the shielding mask 4 to solidify the sand layer 22 and carry out the laminate shaping. When the laser beam M is emitted, at least either one of the distance between the laser beam emission section 1 and the shielding mask 4 or the distance between the shielding mask 4 and the sand layer 22 is adjusted.
