摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the manpower and cost for change, etc., of a protective glass by forming an annular injection port around a tip opening part of a laser beam optical path and supplying compressed gas to the gas injection port through a gas supply passage so as to prevent an oil content contained in a compressed gas from sticking to an optical system of a laser beam machine even in the case an oil content is contained in the compressed gas. SOLUTION: A laser beam L is emitted through a laser beam path 11A of an inner cylinder member 11, also, compressed air is supplied from its air supply port 12B to an air nozzle 10. Compressed air is passed through an air passage 13, injected from an annular air injection port 14 at tip through an air passage 13, blown to a machining position X by laser beam of a work 1 and prevents a spatter from spattering to a machine side. Because a front end side of the air passage 13 is formed to a tapered shape, the injection air is flown along its taper and joined at its extended position. This taper is set so that this confluence is conducted in front of the machining position X by the laser beam L, spatter can effectively be blown.
