<p>PURPOSE:To surely prevent the occurrence of the defect of thickness with tension control. CONSTITUTION:Tension (t) detected with a tensiometer 6 and circumferential speeds (v2), (v3) of roll of a stands S2, S3 are respectively fed to a screw-down controller 7 and the changing rate DELTAt of tension (t), deviation DELTAT of the tension (t) to the command value T, ratio between the actual circumferential speeds of rolls of the stand S2 and the stand S3, ratio of the command values between the circumferential speeds of the rolls above and the differences (indexes) of those ratios are calculated. Only when the value obtd. by multiplying the index by the changing rate DELTAt is positive, control command DELTAS having a magnitude that is proportioned to the deviation DELTAT is outputted to a screw-down adjusting device 8.</p> |
