FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to erection of buildings from reinforced cast-in-place concrete. Device is made up of beams having holes in their lugs. Inserted into hole of lug of one beam is splined axle, and seated in hole of lug of second beam is shaped nut. Turned in holes located in end portions of both lugs is screw which when passing through splined axle and shaped nut connects together both beams. As screw is being turned in, changing is angle between beams and correspondingly changing is angle between panels of shuttering. For quick uncoupling of panels, splined axle is removed and screw is turned out. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg:
