PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation air-conditioning system to achieve saving of energy by preventing cooling of a heat radiation panel during the starting of operation of a heating mode. SOLUTION: A bypass circuit 27 to perform control of the passage and disconnection of a refrigerant by opening and closing a solenoid valve 26 is arranged between the delivery side of a compressor 2 to form a refrigerating cycle and a connection route between a pressure reducing means 8 and a heat-exchanger 6 on the heat source side. The temperature of a refrigerant on the delivery side of the compressor 2 is detected by a temperature sensor 31. A control means 30 to control a refrigerating cycle causes bypass of a refrigerant, intended to flow to a heat radiation panel 6 as a heat-exchanger on the utilization side, by releasing the solenoid valve 26 during a time in which the detecting value of the temperature sensor 31 attains a given value from a starting during heating operation. Further, the increase of the temperature of a refrigerant on the delivery side of the compressor 2 is expedited in a way that a fan 18 on the heat source side is stopped during release of the solenoid valve 26 of the bypass circuit 27. |
