<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate and remove deposits adhered to a thermoplastic resin packaging container, recover the same as a resin material and regenerate the recovered resin material as a food packaging container. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin packaging container is crushed into a plurality of small pieces 82 to be treated, or if necessary, the small pieces 82 to be treated are roughly crushed to form further smaller pieces 82 to be treated, and the small pieces 82 to be treated are dried, and then the impact grinding force is applied to the dried small pieces 82 to be treated and also the centrifugal force is applied to carry out the dry cleaning for removing the deposits. During the process, the small pieces 82 to be treated are granulated by the above-said impact force, and the recovered resin material formed of the resin material made from deposits adhered to the thermoplastic resin packaging container and granulated as a material ready for use is recovered. Also the recovered resin material recovered by the above-referred method is coextruded together with a virgin resin material by the coextrusion method to form a laminated resin film 310 of three-layer structure, and the laminated resin film 310 is molded to manufacture a food packaging container 300 with its surface coated with the virgin resin material.</p> |
