<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and easily remove an unnecessary body when a coating is removed. SOLUTION: A clamper assembly consists of a 1st clamper part 20 which forms a 1st surface and a 2nd clamper part 22 which is arranged and provided with at least matching hole which extends between them and an exit which is deep enough to reach the matching hole. An edge tool assembly has an edge tool holder 34 and an edge tool component 36 which is fitted detachably; when a cord type structure and a material coupled with it move forward through the matching hole, the edge of the edge tool component 36 cuts at least part of the material from the external surface of the cord type structure and sends the cut part of the material through the exit and at the same time, the cord type structure continues to move forward through the matching hole.</p> |
