The height of the screen frame containing the sieves or screen cloths is altered using hanging brackets formed by a console part engageable with a guide in the frame wall. A sifting screen device comprises a screen frame (1) containing one or more sieves or screen cloths. The screen frame is mounted on or above the ground in a stand (6) via springs (16) using at least four hanging brackets (9). A vibration motor (4) is used to vibrate the screen backwards and forwards. The hanging brackets comprise a console part (10) with a sideways protruding element and at least one vertical element, and an elongated vertical guide means (11) in the side of screen frame. The console part is moved up and down the guide means and its vertical element can be engaged with the guide means to fix the console into position at a chosen height. The springs can be moved between the sideways protruding element of the console and the stand in order to provide a resilient support for the screen frame. |
