PURPOSE:To improve the quality with the stability improved by supporting the unmoved-point part of the tip bend vibration, by providing a vertical positioning method in addition to an unmoved-point sandwiching body in the thickness direction to a support body which supports vibrator reeds. CONSTITUTION:Vibrator reed 13 with the thickness sliding vibration mode such as the AT plate and BT plate of crystal is supported at both its ends by support body 20 respectively, fixed terminals 12 used even for lead terminals provided to support bodies are bound hermetically while penetrating insulation substrate 11 of ceramic, etc., and the covered with cap 14. In this constitution, support body 20 is formed of a conductive thin plate through press work and etching work and provided in one together with three elastic reeds 21 and 22 bent toward to the center part. Further, a couple of the 1st positioning reeds 23 in a tongue shape are formed in one at the outside, and a couple of the 2nd positioning reeds 24 are at the outmost side. In this way, the low-pressure holding and unmoving-point holding are attained so as to increase the Q value, thereby decreasing serial resonance resistance. |
