PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit substrate and an electronic equiupment by which a product is finished again through the use of an excellent article material as it is even when, for example, one of mounted memory ICs is the defective memory one or an electric wiring to the memory IC is defective. SOLUTION: A system is connected to the respective memory ICs 31 and 32 with a controller 10 and a system control signal is outputted to the respective memory ICx by a system address signal. Here, a replacement memory IC 20 is mounted as against the memory IC where defectiveness occurs so as to electrically indicate the position of the defective memory IC. When access is performed from the system to the defective memory IC, the controller generates the control signal to the replacement memory IC so as to execute a replacement processing. Thus, an inexpensive rework processing and the relief of an abandoned article are enabled. |
