<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple procedure and circuit configuration which detect accurately heat conduction parameters, by determining an ambient temperature based on the temperature balance condition for temperature of sensor which heated to a constant low temperature, and by condition ambient temperature contributing to the temperature balance condition at high temperature. SOLUTION: By connecting a reference resistor Rx whose resistance equal to that of a sensor resistor Rs at a given temperature between an operational amplifier A1 which regards the sensor resistor Rs as a negative-feedback resistor and an operational amplifier A2 which regards a constant resistor R2 as a positive-feedback resistor, and by performing negative-feedback of the output from the amplifier A to the amplifier A1 through a constant resistor R1 whose resistance equal to that of the constant resistor R2 , a sensor circuit is constituted. An ambient temperature Ta is calculated from low power PL caused by operation of the sensor resistor Rs at a constant low temperature TL and a power-to-temperature transfer coefficient for the sensor resistor Rs , and thermal transfer temperature is calculated which is not affected by the ambient temperature Ta because it is canceled by the operation of the sensor resistor Rs at a constant high temperature TH. The thermal transfer temperature leads to more accurate heat conduction parameters (temperature or flux).</p> |
