PURPOSE:To form an electrode which exhibits excellent ohmic contact performance and is excellent in moisture resistance by mixing glass frit composed mainly of one kind selected from among aluminum powder and borosilicate barium or the like. CONSTITUTION:Aluminum as a conductive component to make ohmic contact and glass mainly composed of at least one kind selected from borosilicate barium and borosilicate calcium, are mixed in a semiconductor ceramic element. That is, an electrode containing aluminum and glass frit mainly composed of at least one kind selected from borosilicate barium and borosilicate calcium, is formed in the semiconductor ceramic element. In this case, a quantity of the glass frit to aluminum powder is set in 5 to 40wt.%. Therefore, the electrode which exhibits excellent ohmic contact performance and is excellent in moisture resistance can be formed. |
