The power is fed to the washer from the power source(15), the microcomputer(11) outputs the voice control signal to the voice output control part(13), outputting voice control signal to the voice control part(12). In case the user selects strong one as the initial voice, the relay drive signal(PR1) becomes a low potential, so the relay(RY11) of the relay drive(13) is on, and the relay(RY2) becomes off, and the voice is outputted strong. In case the medium voice is chosen, the relay(RY11) of the voice drive(14) is off and the relay(RY2) becomes on, outputting medium voice, in case the weak voice is chosen, the relays(RY11)(RY12) all become off, outputting the weak voice.
