Disclosed is a method and apparatus to measure a toe in a car. The method comprises 3 steps. In the first step, environment light is measured and the effective data is stored to a memory. In the second step, the mixed light of the environment light and measured light is measured, and the effective data is determined. In the third step, the component of the environment light is removed from the mixed light, and an angle location of measured light is calculated to measure the toe. Thereby, the toe can be accurately and reliably calculated utilizing the process algorithm.
