PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device for manufacturing small GYOZA(fried dumpling stuffed with minced pork), which can be eaten in one swallow, efficiently in a satisfactory shape. SOLUTION: A pair of bending pawl 3 and a rounding pawl are formed by freely rotatably supporting two linking members 23a, which are arranged to face each other, to a frame. Three pairs of the bending pawls 23 and a pair of rounding pawls are nearly equally arranged in radial direction and the three pairs of bending pawls 23 are rotated toward the peel of GYOZA for bending operation and after then, the rounding pawl execute rounding operation. In order to operate like these, time difference is provided between the operation of the bending pawl 23 and the rounding pawl. |
