<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively and easily carry out a calculation which includes a combination of the numerical data and the operator data and a calculation concerning the number of dates which is performed after input of the specific data showing a period. SOLUTION: The numeric character data are inputted via a numerical key 12a of a key input part 12. A '<.> ' key 12g is operated for the input of decimal points and the separation of the year, month and day of a date input mode together with a '∼' key 12h for the input of a period respectively. The presence or absence of the '∼' data is decided after the operations of arithmetic keys 12c to 12j. If the absence of the '∼' data is decided, the calculation processing is performed and this result is shown at a liquid crystal display part 16. Then the presence or absence of the '<.> ' data is decided. If the presence of a single piece of '<.> ' data is decided, the number of days of a period is calculated as the date data in the same year. If two pieces of '<.> ' data exist, the number of days is calculated as the year/month/day data. If the absence of the '<.> ' data is decided, the number of days is calculated as the date data in the same month. Thus, the numerical calculations are carried out according to the number of days of each period and these results are shown at the part 16. Thus, the prescribed interests can be collectively calculated by the input of the period data.</p> |
