PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine-equipped structure of a small-sized ship which can prevent the size of a hull from increasing for improvement of turnability in the case of utilizing a four-cycle engine, and can avoid deterioration of intake efficiency caused by a rise in intake temperature. SOLUTION: In this small-sized ship, a multiple-cylinder four-cycle engine 10 is installed with the crankshaft facing the longitudinal direction of a hull in the hull, an inlet pipe 70 is connected on one side of the hull breadth direction of the engine 10, and an exhaust pipe 60 is connected on the other side respectively, a water lock 63 is positioned on the way of the exhaust pipe 60, the downstream end is opened in the water, and the impeller shaft of a propellant unit is connected to the crankshaft so that it may be positioned roughly coaxially. The respective inlet pipes 70 are bent downward, and inlet confluent parts are fitted at lower end parts. After the respective exhaust pipes 60 are bent downward, they are extended to the rear side of a hull, the water lock 63 is disposed at the extending part, a flywheel is connected at the rear end of the crankshaft so that it may be located between the inlet confluent parts and the water lock 63, and at least one part of a flywheel case 79 which covers the flywheel is protruded outward from the crank case.
