PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a person in charge of sales with the standardized accurate processing procedure information on a fob relating to an ordered printed matter by identifying the processing procedure information on the kind of a printed matter based on order receiving data and performing output by a prescribed output form. SOLUTION: The processing procedure information data base 107 of a storage means 105 is the data of the processing procedure information for which the concrete processing procedures of the fob to be processed by a person in charge of sales are gathered for the respective kinds of the printed matter. An input processing means 110 performs processing of inputting and setting order receiving data inputted by the person in charge of sales from an input means 103 to this procedure information providing system 101. An identification processing means 111 identifies the processing procedure information of the corresponding kind of the printed matter from the processing procedure information data base 107. An output processing means 112 converts the extracted processing procedure information to a prescribed form, generates output data 109 and performs display or print output.
