<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the field testing method of a special high-voltage line for reducing testing expenses by performing a test for a surge overvoltage easily. SOLUTION: By switching a gas insulation switcher 2 connected to a special high-voltage line 3, a surge overvoltage that is equal to or more than 1.2 times and equal to or less than 4 times larger than a ground voltage in use to the special high-voltage line 3. Then, a commercial-frequency voltage that is equal to or more than 1.0 times or equal to or less than 1.2 times larger than the ground voltage in use from a voltage application equipment 1 that is directly connected to the special high-voltage line 3, thus measuring a partial discharge generated at the special high-voltage line 3 by a partial discharge measuring instrument 13.</p> |
