A parabolic LED lighting lamp is provided to illuminate a vague light by forming a protection angle to form a reflected light within a shading angle range. A parabolic LED lighting lamp includes a body(10), a reflective shade(20), an LED module, an indirect reflective shade(26), and a reflector(40). The body has an edge unit, a coupling unit, and a plurality of coupling grooves. The coupling unit is inwardly slanted to be opposite along a length direction of the edge unit. The coupling grooves are formed on an opposite position along the length direction of the coupling unit. The reflective shade has a frame, a couple of slant units, and a receiving unit, and an installation groove. The LED module is received in the installation groove of the reflective shade, and is exposed to a front plane of the slant unit. The LED is mounted on a printed circuit board. The indirect reflective shade is formed between the coupling units of the body. The reflector has a first bending unit and a second bending unit. The coupling groove and the LED received in the installation groove are located on an aligned line which is formed in parallel with a gravitation direction. The first bending unit is formed downwardly from an upper part. The second bending unit is coupled to each step unit of the first bending unit. The reflective light which is illuminated to indoors by the reflective shade, and first and second bending units is confined within a shade angle for a view protection of indoor worker.
